Mantras

  • I wake to sleep, and take my waking slow.
I feel my fate in what I cannot fear.
I learn by going where I have to go.
    --Theodore Roethke
  • Freedom is what you do with what's been done to you.
    -- Jean-Paul Sartre
  • I'm Nobody! Who are you?
    Are you—Nobody—Too?
Then there's a pair of us!
    Don't tell! they'd advertise—you know!

    How dreary—to be—Somebody!
    How public—like a Frog—
To tell one's name—the livelong June—
    To an admiring Bog!
    --Emily Dickinson

    hee! I love it.

I was getting ready to get rid of cable, so I hope they show it online!

I'm not sure if I should be scared or excited about this show!

PhilosopherP - that was my initial response, but if there's more like Senor Chang, I think I'll enjoy it! (although the network track record with "higher ed" shows isn't exactly stellar.)

Hee hee, indeed! Was that Chevy Chase in one of those little desks?

I can't wait to see it either! We can probably relate a little too well. :)

I LOVE Senior Chang's style! Maybe I'll adopt it myself...

This is promising because the initial preview I saw of the study group or something looked like a typical sitcom.
