I am a recovering academic - a medieval historian who, after various adventures on the tenure track, decided to leave academia. I graduated from law school in May 2011, took the bar, and I move to yet another new hallway in September 2011.

I'm married to NLLDH [(No Longer Long-Distance) Husband], and we live with one elderly and crotchety cat, Middle Cat (there used to be an Eldest Cat and a Youngest Cat, but they are sadly no longer with us).
